I am currently reading the book written by Ron Sr. and while I can agree with everything you have stated I am still happy that this book was written. As you have pointed out, Hubbard himself was a con man and a less than honest individual. David Miscavige is simply following Hubbard's playbook. Still, the book is a non flattering account of the wee one and judging from the time, money, and effort spent by Scientology to refute and "dead agent" the book it is obvious that its creation has been a huge upset for Scientology and especially David Miscavige himself. I do recommend the book.
