I rolled it on my table, I just sprinkled some flour mixed with cornstarch (plain four is ok if you don't have cornstarch) all over it so it wouldn't stick and poured a little olive oil mixed with melted margarine before spreading the filling over the dough. For this baking tray I needed not more than 1 tablespoon of margarine and half a cup of oil, it works fine with oil only of course. I also used the oil mixture on top of the rolls before baking, that's how they got so crispy.
