Working procedures are the order of the conduct of a detailed work by prioritizing the safety factor. In the work procedure described in detail the sequence of work, possible hazards, consequences, prevention and explanation of standard work equipment and safety equipment required.

The main purpose of work procedures are : Prevent accidents.

As a guiding tool of workers in carrying out the work properly, safely and safely. Procedures that are documented into science that can be inherited to future generations. It is the commitment of a company to make work procedures and socialize it to the related employees and applied in the work so that the work can be carried out properly safely and safely. The Company will also comply with existing emergency procedures and socialize them to all relevant workers so that workers understand and know what to do in the event of a situation.

Work procedures are established so that workers can do a job properly and can determine the tools and equipment used and can know the impact of accidents and can determine the steps so that accident factors can be avoided as well as the impact on environmental conservation.

  • Dangers that may arise
  • Use of Personal Protective Equipment
  • Effects and prevention

Working procedure is aimed for every implementation of the work can be done in accordance with the provisions and achievement of targets can be achieved and can prevent the occurrence of work accidents. Besides that work procedure is as guide all workers in doing a job. All Field Supervisors to document the work procedures that have been issued, so that they can become guidelines and improvements towards the better, against the same type of work can be used as a Standard of Procedures or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Doing good cooperation in forming a working procedure with other workers who are involved in doing the same work, so that work can be done according to the provisions so that safety is maintained and the target of completion of work can be achieved.

HEALTH SAFETY ENVIRONMENT (HSE) PLAN

Many actual workplace accidents do not have to happen but can happen and sometimes harm. Therefore, knowledge is needed to prevent it from being avoided. All the accidents that have happened are there and can be searched so that all accidents can be avoided. One way to prevent accidents that occur is to apply the rules of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) that must be met by all employees. In addition, environmental management also needs to align with OSH to make the performance process better, effective and efficient.
