I use Krita on Linux - a bit of an open source geek (which match my creative commons art quite well). So I will not be able to try it out... being only for windows as it is.

Funny how craftsmen like us always strut and fret about your tools :) I mention Krita in almost every post. And funny to hear of you minimalist approach. It is a good feature with the gradient preview! I will suggest that to the Krita developers.
