Salmon with lemon Asparagus.
Time:15 minutes Serves:4
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp harissa paste
(available at Middle Eastern markets)
2 tsp honey
2 salmon steaks
1 Lb as asparagus
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 lemon,quartered
Heat oven to 400degrees F. Combine 1 tsp oil, harissa and honey. Brush fish with mixture and place in a foil-lined pan.Toss asparagus with remaining oil, salt and pepper: arrange on the other side of the pan and add lemon quarters. Roast 10 to 12 minutes.
