The world is populated by many people who live on what they have and not the kind of life they would have preferred to live. Only a few population of people really fall into the class of successful people that is those that live the kind of life they dream and hope for. A lot of people don’t have the opportunity to live this kind of life because they are unemployed. They only settle for the basic necessity of life which is food, housing and clothing, many of which they don’t have in abundance. Talent are wasting away because of the lack of opportunities, many do not know where to search for opportunity, so many even search narrowly, base on just their line of training and they forget that the environments, hobbies, location, childhood experiences e.t.c can also fetch them prosperous opportunities. It is on this known fact that a system come up to help people predict their success rates for different careers and then suggest opportunities based on the most profitable. That system is called the ZINGO.
The ZINGO is an Artificial Intelligence (A. I) agent that is built on the SANCOJ platform which is aimed at analyzing user data and suggest the most profitable opportunities to the user. Many people make career decision based on their area of specialization and training, current financial status, location, family ties, e.t.c without taking into consideration what opportunities other factors can offer.

HOW THE ZINGO WORKS

Example: Abbey is a middle aged man, married, living in the United Kingdom and earns
£2,000 per month from a telephone company. Abbey grew up with his father who was an aluminum dealer and Abbey helped him to run the business after school. Now, Abbey is on the Sancoj platform seeking for a change of job from the current phone company job to another. Zingo analyses Abbey's data, compares it with available opportunities and discovers that an Aluminum company in China is looking for a distributor in the UK but the prospective distributor must have a required financial capital of $200,000. Also there is
another posted opportunity of a course to learn how to succeed in 21st Century Aluminum business. Zingo will analyze Abbey's data plus the opportunities and use advance algorithm to determine the level of success Abbey can have if he goes for the Aluminum course and then takes up the Aluminum distributorship offer from the Chinese company. If the result is up to the 'SHOW RESULT ' range, set by Abbey, Zingo will suggest the opportunities to him.
i.e. If Abbey, set that Zingo should always show him opportunities with 80% 0r 0.80 and above success range, Zingo will suggest the Aluminum distributorship offer to him if the predicted success range is up to 80% or 0.80. Remember, Abbey's income cannot meet up the required financial capital of $200,000. Zingo will suggest funding to Abbey and help Abbey to send messages and application to possible funders while considering the effect of interest rate, security, etc to the business and fund owner. Zingo also processes the fund execution and escrow, where needed. In summary Zingo helps users to discover more successful opportunities, and resolve many things the user see as limitations like financing and lack of adequate training

Sancoj is an Esperanto word meaning ‘OPPORTUNITIES’ in English. It is a project intended at offering opportunities to everyone for free. Just as the name ‘opportunities' Sancoj aimed at bringing job, project contract, events learning, certification, socializing, talent management/ enhancement, buying/selling, e.t.c to one’s doorstep. The Sancoj was designed to have many features which includes the ZINGO ( an artificial intelligence that analyze data and suggest the most profitable opportunities), marketplace, lending (with this feature one can lend or borrow at one’s own interest rate), talent management, public project monitoring, e.t.c.
The Sancoj platform is created in a way that it is very simple to use, with just a few clicks one can use all the modules on the Sancoj platform.

• Lack of funding for a desired job/contract
• Under utilization of self capacity

THE NEED FOR BLOCKCHAIN

Before now, the Sancoj was existing as a centralized platform called the workxtra using two major fiat currencies which is the Nigeria naira and the USD as payment currency. However, to execute transaction the Nigeria naira are converted to USD and sometimes to the local currency of the user. This later became a problem and then the need for an alternative arises. So this calls for the need to use a currency that is widely accepted by all and in all location of the world thus cryptocurrency was adopted which is powered by the blockchain
Another reason for the introduction of blockchain is because before now, paying for the huge cost that comes with bank wiring when transferring money to the business account in Nigeria is very alarming and way out of hand because most banks in Nigeria don’t receive funds from major platform like the PayPal. But with the introduction of the Blockchain there is an instant transfer that comes relatively cheaper.
