When a whale loans out his/her voting weight they have not left scraps for others to eat, but have sucked up as much rewards as is currently possible.
It is very much the bankster hoarding his billions while pointing at starving refugees as the problem.

I know some people would like to make Steemit a safe place where they can continue to f up the ecosystem with impunity, but that isn't likely.
There are way to many folks here willing to speak out for the little guy.
