I'm definitely not patient enough. When I realized that, I had to give myself a small stash of btc to 'play' with, so that I can try to be patient with my long term coins. It's tough not to want to sell something to buy a pop in another coin. That's why I have my dedicated 'trading' stash and now I'm going to start recording my trades to help keep myself accountable and not over trade.
