I'm new, I'm striving to learn, and the steemit ecosystem is far larger than I knew. So this issue is a little over my head. But I respect your work and effort to educate on the subject. I really, really respect that you put in links to other points of view.
The point about people in the third world needing a stable currency is spot on. Making three or four dollars a week on steemit may seem like nothing to some of us, but for some people it can double their standard of living. But swings in the market put great fear in these people's lives. Giving these people a stable coin is a humanitarian act. Just my two cents. Thanks
