Bank "GLOBEKS" (part of state Corporation VEB) together with the Russian Association of cryptocurrency and blockchain (RAKIB) and the Internet platform CrowdHub intend in 2018 to create the first in Russia the system of guarantees of investments in the cryptocurrency.
Director RAKIB Arseny Weltzin explained that together with the "Globex" the parties intend to create ICO-hub a key element of which will be the system of guaranteeing of investments in cryptocurrency startups.
Now the project is in development. It is expected that it will help Russian investors to carry out phased payments that will correspond to the development plans of cryptocurrency projects. Nevertheless, the interlocutor of the edition notes, while the mechanism of legal protection isn't fulfilled.
"We assume that the project will start in March, then the development of its development strategy will begin," the representative of Globex said.
