15 See, then, diligently how you walk, not as fools but as wise men,
16 making good use of time, because the days are bad.
17 Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is.
I certainly believe that wisdom is what we need most to properly and successfully organize the use of our time.
The text quoted advises us to walk carefully, not as fools, but as wise, which means walking cautiously, as someone moving through a field full of thorny plants, while taking advantage of the right opportunities.
It is important to understand that we all have the same opportunities as time, that is, we have the same number of hours that all people have. However, not all of us distribute time in a wise way, not all of us take advantage of the time that God gives us, not all of us invested an adequate organization to move in the hours that time gives us.
In many occasions it is the time that wins us giving us the opportunities, instead of being the one who wins over time.
Life teaches us to make good use of time, while time helps us to value life, a beautiful life that God has given us. Therefore we must use time wisely, and not waste them, because we will surely have to give an account to God of how we have used the gift of time that He has granted us.
One of the things you should know how to manage is our time. Giving time is giving life.
