From the Bible we know that we are all sinners and all of us who recognize this truth have accepted Jesus Christ in our hearts to be saved from condemnation.
It is important to say that sin has overwhelmed mankind by surrendering it to all kinds of debauchery until they become wise in their own opinion, and each day they move further away from God because of their rebellion but God is faithful and is always calling man to a reconciliation.
We know that when humanity lives with its back to God, it is prone to all kinds of evil and practices and conceals all kinds of sin, but God in his mercy commands man to repent and turn from his sins.
¡Look what the Bible says!
Proverbs 28:13
13 He who conceals his sins will not prosper;
But he who confesses them and departs will attain mercy.
(Reina-Valera 1960 (RVR1960).
Every person who confesses before God his repentant sins receives mercy from both men and God. I say of men because when a person has a bad, irreproachable and rebellious behavior and repents away, he starts to change his behavior, the other people start looking at him with admiration and respect. In the same way God looks at him with compassion and pleasure and welcomes him with mercy making Him a better person.
However, the person who conceals his sin, that is to say that he hides it and continues to practice it, will never attain God's mercy and will not prosper, he will live a life tied to slavery coupled with misery.
and this has nothing to do with him having possessions or riches, or being poor or having no possessions if he is a sinner and hiding his sins will not prosper, then, his soul will always be anxious and empty looking for how to fill it.
We must come before God and confess our sins but in repentance to turn away from them and live a free life with Jesus Christ who is the only one who frees man from slavery
