Our attitude is an inner feeling that is expressed in an exterior behavior. The attitude is seen, even if we do not say a single word.
Our attitude is the battle line of our true being. The root of our attitude is hidden, but its fruit is always visible.
Our attitude will be our best friend or our worst enemy.
It will make people feel attracted or rejected before our presence.
Our attitude determines the quality of our reactions, with our spouse, boss, friends and with God all powerful.
Our ability to achieve a life of surprising success or to live a life of disillusionment and absolute misery depends on a single choice.
It is a choice we make at each hour, each day of our life.
Have you ever wondered why some people develop a good quality of life, even though they are surrounded by adverse circumstances? And why do others, even with the winds in their favor, live miserably? Why some who receive the same opportunities live defeated; while others have a rich and productive life? Apparently there are those who know how to take advantage of life, and others let life take the juice out of them.
Our attitudes determine our quality of life in a great way. They are the forces that guide us when facing the demands and challenges of life. We use them to interpret reality, and this is different for each person.
Attitudes have cognitive and emotional components. This means that all our attitudes have to do with the lived experiences and with the emotional interpretation that we make of them. The apostle Paul, in writing to the Romans, exhorted them to renew their understanding. He told them: "Do not conform to the present world, but be transformed by renewing your mind. In this way they will be able to verify what God's will is, good, pleasant and perfect "(Rom 12: 2).
If, when you make an analysis of your life you realize that it is sprinkled with negative experiences and emotions, and that somehow affect your attitudes and your present behavior, remember that God can transform your mind so that you can see from a different perspective your past, and do not be a burden that prevents you from enjoying life and expecting the best from the future. The divine counsel for this day is: "With regard to the life that they had before, they were taught that they should take off the garment of the old nature, which is corrupted by deceitful desires; be renewed in the attitude of your mind; and put on the garment of the new nature, created in the image of God, in true justice and holiness "(Eph 4: 22-24).
You choose your attitude every morning when you wake up. King David said: this is the day that the Lord made; we will laugh and cheer in him. Ps. 118: 24. Adopt these secrets for a good attitude ....
Attitude is what determines the result, it's like the saying: if life gives me lemons, we'll do lemonade, it's very true if the circumstances are bad, the greater the power that acts in me to overcome it.
