1st day of investing $400+ dollars

On my 1st day of returns after lending out my money on B i t c o n nect the bot on steem it doesn't like the name apparently. I got $5 + which was around 1.25% return a day which is insanely good if its not a likely scam. I also joined a quasi private group of the affiliate i sponsored @trevonjb. I lurked around read every message for 24 hrs and I don't know what i expected but when i asked ok what's the Benefit of joining this group. They said hints, tips, help and guidance and offered to answer my questions. So, no benefit really unless you are looking for feedback on your personal youtube videos which some people may find value but i have no interest in.

Rather than complain is much better to suggest something so here is what i would change if i was Tre (by the way his videos are really funny and its hard not to like the guy). Send a message to the person that used your affiliate link and offer to send the person a little back like 10% of the value in Steem. This would make the person aware of the steem platform and his username and valued somewhat or some other tangible thing rather than some nice thoughts or as other people call them prayers.

So, my scamameter is registering 2/10 at the moment with 10 being a definite scam. I have fell for a few scams in the past from exchanges disappearing overnight, cloud mining and private trading group ala Chris Dunn.
