Do you have to PROVE that you have only one account and it's your's ? Never heard of that.

Nobody can ban you here. The worst that can happen - you'll be flagged to low reputation and nobody will see your posts unless they click on them to be shown. Can you still write posts? yes. Can you get banned? NO

nobody cares, do you have 50 000 accounts from one laptop or just one.
if you manage to register 50 000 accounts, then go for it. There are even services that register accounts for you with the SP you want on your new account. The price is cheap.
I'll tell you once again, this is nothing like facebook or any social network you ever registered on.
