Here’s some of the online HYIP Failures I remember

in scam •  8 years ago

If you’ve been one of the many that had hopes of hitting it big with a small (or even large) online program, and discovered after putting in your money and then reinvesting that it went “POOF” right in front of your eyes, I’d like to see your comment.

I know many of us had the expectation of coming out ahead, but more often than not we got burned…some of us to a CRISP. Some of these programs were just poorly designed and collapsed, others were designed as a Scam!

Here’s your chance to “ADD TO THE LIST” of programs that SCAMMED US.

Some of them are still going and we may not know it yet, so add your comment of “Suspected Scam”

Here’s some of the ones I remember in no particular order, and I know there are lots more:

Thoughts on bitconnect?

If you're speaking of the crypto BCC listed on Coinmarketcap I haven't followed it closely enough to have an opinion. At first glance I like the limited number of coins out at 7.125 million so there isn't much of it, which reflects in its current pricing. I definitely support crypto's as we're in the early stages of the industry, and participating in the future evolution of our financial system. On the other hand if I missed the mark and Bitconnect is an HYIP I wouldn't put any money in it. I'd say get your investment out ASAP because the odds are you'll lose it if you don't. I'm in the U.S. and more focused on an established business with an A+ BBB rating that's been around since 2003. After having been burned in HYIP's I've finally learned my lesson an going with a solid company that's paid like clockwork for 14 years.

Well said, we are of the same sentiment. Burnt by HYIP too, a bitter pill to swallow. These days gotta more careful.

That's for sure. Anything online I'll check whois.com to see if they are transparent with a phone number plus any admin support. If not, a big red flag for me.

Wealth Rising is the latest which I did and lost a lot. I think one of the admin's was behind getting the membership to join Questra under her for commissions, but they didn't know that ms vivian is really a scammer who was also in practical financial investment group about 8 months ago. She has charges pending for criminal fraud with the State Attorney General's Office in the State of Texas, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation Online Fraud Division also. The charges involve fraud over $600, so they are a FELONY!
