      It is disturbing to watch the inclusion of French law (guilty until proven innocent) being used in family court situations! On mad ex, willing to commit perjury, and innocent people suffer, since they are presumed guilty! If they manage to prove the perjury, NOTHING is done about this actual crime! This is illegal, and immoral, and most important...it is unConstitutional!
