I'm going to supplement my youtube vlog here

The first chapter is jumbled and has no direction, but by chapter 2 I find my reason for the blog and it is to help myself ward off depression and recover. Hopefully I can help others along the way.

      Thanks, please follow it. I'll post them here periodically after they go up on my YouTube channel. I feel the first chapter floundered a bit with over content, but getting in to chapter 2 I really see potential in sharing it on this site!
