A lot of things to watch out for to get an efficient and economical implementation. Understanding of the importance of human factors, equipment, materials, weather conditions, work dismantling and teamwork is crucial to getting the desired results.
Development Components
The main factors that support the effective and efficient implementation of development so that the work can be completed on time, economical and in accordance with the expected include: Human Factors (manpower), Equipment and Materials. Once when I was a student at a college, my lecturer always reminded me of the most important factor in the world of implementation is BMW (cost, quality, and time).
Human Factors (Labor)
Implementation of work supervised by a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (S1 or D-III);
Self-monitoring can be done by homeowners directly.
Conducted by a trained and experienced person or highly motivated;
The employee's organization consists of at least: Chief of Handyman, Tailor, and Assistant Handyman (kernet);
Do by specialist (Tukang) respectively, such as: Drillman, Stone Mason, Ceramic Tailor, Carpenter, Plumbing Plumber and others.
Facility and Equipment Factors
Water and electricity are major factors in the implementation of development;
Sufficient equipment is needed in facilitating the process of development implementation;
General equipment required include: Hoe, Spade, Hammers, Chainsaws, Waterpass, Meters, Boots, Buckets, Project Helmets, Gloves, Screwdrivers and Pliers:
Equipment at the time of casting include: Molen Machine, Tub measuring, cement spoon, and rubber hammer.
