Development of a System Based on Fuzzy Logic

Hello everyone, this time I'm going to talk a little about difuzos controllers, this was a work I did in an elective subject of the Master's program

The Diffuse System for Quality Control of a Service is an efficient, flexible, reliable solution that adds expert knowledge to assess the degree of quality achieved based on customer perceptions and relate them to the performance of processes and performance. not of staff in a causal way.

The different strategies of organizations and all aspects which influence the assessment of quality, configure the logical inferences on which the System is based.

Three input variables were defined:

Customer Satisfaction = {Dissatisfied; Neither dissatisfied nor Satisfied; Satisfechog}

Staff performance = {Low; Regular; Excellent}

Process performance = {Unstable; Stable; Efficient}

With an output variable:

Quality Level = {Very Low; Low; Regular; High; Excellent}

Rules that relate the inputs to the outputs were implemented, according to criteria defined by the MSS.

The results show that there are many possible ways to efficiently measure quality by combining diffuse logic, MSS, Process Analysis and Process Management.
