Comment: As you can see, the path has now changed a bit to the west and that means that it will plow right through Florida as a Category 4 to begin with and then it will lose strength and become a Category 3.
However, there are still a couple of days left so the path could still change and according to Ventusky their path is further to the east:
So, I believe that Florida will be hit, it is just a matter of to what degree. I believe that within 24 hours it should be much more clear how this will be played out.
Prepare for the worst, hope for the best.
