You've heard about the august eclipse that every one is crazy about...
You've probably heard that the path will be from West to East and that is inconsistent with moon rising and setting...

But dont worry the experts at NASA discovered the why...
Now the Moon change its rotation speed to be more than 27 times slower than Earth...
This is just for the eclipse time period, after, she goes back to her regular speed... (Sarcasm)
