Look at the diet in three ways.
Sattvik Rajasik and Tamasic
Prioritize Satvic food to be healthy. Adopted snack. Just eat fresh food. Use plenty of water. Make a balance in relaxation and work.
Behavior: Give respect to all. Do not treat such behavior as you would not like for yourself. We find true respect in society through our behavior.
Thoughts: Our thoughts have a direct effect on our health. So adopt simple thoughts of simple life. Desperate anger, goddess Gobh, live the fear and fear of life. Be thankful to God.
Doing this will not only make you healthy, but also face sharpness on your face
