Use thick cream yogurt to make full cream milk. Keep in mind not to mix water in milk.
Boil the milk before frying it. Doing this will not spoil the milk in the processing of yeast.
To make curd, the curd that you mix in milk should not be thicker and cold, and milk does not get cold or more hot.
Always deposit curd in lukewarm milk. Curding yogurt in more hot milk will damage the curd and will not add curd to the cold milk.
Add one teaspoon yogurt to half a liter of milk and mix yogurt according to the amount of milk.
Add yogurt to the milk. After that, milk from one vessel to another vessel, mix yogurt well in it.
Then put the curd milk in a separate vessel and keep it in hot place for 5 to 6 hours. Keep in mind that after adding yogurt in milk, do not touch the milk till 5-6 pieces.
