How i now sleep apnea diseases which are occur in every 2nd person now a day.

How i know it

              One day my mother sleeping but suddenly in midnight my mother waked up and run to out door and said i have breath problem i don't know why . next day we go to hospital and said to doctor in response doctor write to many test and medicine  , but i guess doctor don't now this satiation or what the problem . after test not occur or show any problem in test report but this situation occur every  day or 2nd day . 

Searching

              i try to search about this disease and know two more person also have this problem but medical report are not show any diseases but show all is ok . and doctor also said all is well . but these person have serious problem   and they are not able to sleep whole night . 

             so one day i unknowingly open my laptop and try to search what the problem and know that this is a sleep apnea which are common disease but doctors are not know about it . sadly i said to myself .

Solution

              after search i know that only one thing is able to control this diseases that is exercise of tongue . all the video are available on youtube if a person have this problem search on youtube about this diseases and solution ,,, so you are able to control the same as soon as posible.
