We must integrate children into everything we do, like cooking, cleaning, exercising, they love it. In the case of cooking everything depends on your age at the time of performing tasks. And they are very good at being the first to try the result. Regards!

Hello @luiselen, thanks for your comment. What you say is very true, our kids don't need stacks of toys, they need us and our time, which we can spend with them by involving them in the household chores.
