Vegetables, not everyone likes this food. The cause varies, began to not like the taste, shape, until the texture. Whereas the health benefits of vegetables are very diverse because of the high nutritional and fiber content in it.

Even so, there are people who do not like to eat vegetables. Or picky vegetables for consumption. Consequently, constipation often strikes.

This is another consequence if you do not eat vegetables.

Vegetables contain high vitamin C in it. If you are deficient in vitamin C, you will easily experience bleeding gums, rashes, and regular injuries are difficult to heal.

Some examples of vegetables rich in vitamin C are red chili, kale, dark green leafy vegetables, broccoli, cabbage, and tomatoes.

If you have a family history of heart disease, then this is a sign that you should eat lots of vegetables. The cause of coronary heart disease such as heart attack and angina is often experienced by people who eat fewer vegetables.

Lack of eating vegetables can also make the body easily tired. The reason vegetables contain folic acid that has a role in DNA synthesis and repair. Therefore multiply eating dark green leafy vegetables to keep you always excited.

If you are young but easy to forget, it's a sign of your brain lack of healthy nutrients such as lutein that has been proven to increase the ability of the brain in remembering. Lutein is easily found in broccoli, carrots, corn, and tomatoes.

Vegetables contain potassium which is useful in preventing muscle cramps, especially when you're sporting. Similarly, the potassium content in it. So the lack of consumption of vegetables, will make you susceptible to muscle cramps, bloating, until heart and kidney disorders.

  • Frequent infections

Frequent infections indicate that the immune system is weak. Without the proper nutrients that can be obtained from vegetables, immunity weakens to affect the frequency of infection.
