Doing exercise every day to nourish the body. However, running including high impact sports and doing so too often can trigger injury to the body.

The study concluded, running 5-10 minutes in moderate speed (about 10 km per hour) every day, will have a positive impact on the body.

Benefits include lowering the risk of heart attack or stroke, reducing the risk of cancer, including neurological diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's.

That does not include a fit body, a good mood and improved sleep quality.

However, running every day increases the risk of injury due to overuse injury. It happens because of doing too much physical activity, too fast, and not allowing the body to adapt.

Overuse injury can also occur due to improper running shoes or excessive use of certain muscles.

To avoid the negative impact of running, always use proper running shoes and change shoes periodically. Do not run right away, but add it gradually.

Experts also suggest to combine running with other exercises, such as cycling, swimming, or weight training. No less important is always to warm up before running.

Basically running a few minutes every day is healthy. But, according to the actual study we do not have to run every day.

Elite running athletes also try to avoid injury by planning combined exercises. For example if today is already running, tomorrow they will swim or other sports, so the muscles that work hard when we run to rest.
