Why Hasnt Graphene Taken Over the World YET?

I wonder if there has been any considerations on infrastructural applications like roads and delivery of internet to rural places via roads for example. Also paint. I heard that the Chinese had developed a paint that could turn a house into a semiefficient solar panel. Many possibilities. Also that it could be so recyclable even as reusable ink on paper. I wish that I was on the graphene team. I would come up with countless applications.

That would be interesting (referring to the paint/solar panel). I know they were planning on using graphene for a space elevator... since prior they didn't have a material that would be strong enough. But ofcourse that maybe science fiction.
