You must often hear how successful people start their

activities in the morning, while what happens to you? Still

often delay the alarm for lazy get up early?

Excessive sleeping or waking up is often likened to negative

traits, such as being lazy, so getting up early is a challenge

Wednesday (01/02/2017), a study reveals that the tendency to

delay the alarm just shows above-average intelligence,

creativity, and happiness.

The study, titled "Why Night Owls Are More Intelligent,"

mentions that if you continue to ignore the alarm that sounds

in the morning, you tend to be autonomous and ambitious. While

other studies conducted by the University of Southampton also

found the same conclusion after studying the socioeconomic

conditions of 1,000 people in their correlation with sleep

patterns.
