Finally it happened;
Scientists from the Massachussets Institute of Technology produced plants for lighting purposes.
The team that implemented this idea developed leaf sensors that signaled that "spinnerets" that detect "explosives" and crops were dry.
The main idea is to run the plants like table lamps without wearing the prize.
They stated that the light could be powered by the energy metabolism in the plant.
To light the plants, the researchers first injected the nanoparticles they obtained into the waterborne plant.
To be effective, the nanoparticles have 3 different components.
These are: "luciferase" and "luciferin" molecules required for the flame of fireflies, and finally the "coenzymes" component added to increase this glare activity.
Initially, if the light that plants planted is a bit pale, they are aiming to increase this brightness with their work. The plants that burned for 45 minutes at the beginning were put into work in 3 and a half hours.
"Also, no previous trials with luciferase genes have been successful."
But the last method is quite easy and can be applied to any plant.
On this count, trees could be used instead of street lamps in the future.
Luciferase inhibitors could provide plants with shining and closing, so trees could be lit up at night and shut down during the day.
