Today Indians are appreciating DRDO [ defense research and development organization ] for successful flight of HSTDV [ Hyperaonic Technology Demonstration Vehicle ].
Our researchers and scientists developed a scramjet engine which helped the flight to achieve a speed six times the speed of sound.
Only few countries have such capability today, and India is one of them.
This is a proud moment for our country.
We should thanks our researchers and scientists for making us proud and we should also appreciate DRDO for their achievement.

What is HSTDV
HSTDV or Hypersonic Technology Demonstrater Vehicle is an aircraft for hypersonic speed flight.
It's a scramjet demonstration aircraft.
It's mainly developed and designed for long range and hypersonic cruise missiles.
It's also used for launching of small satellites at low cost.
Our Prime minister Narendra Modi specially appreciated DRDO for their achievement.
