Your body is not your enemy
I used to approach my body as a battleground waiting for whatever came up to attack it. No wonder with all the commercials and advertisements telling us what is wrong with it and how it is never good enough. On top of that all the pharmaceuticals we need to feed it being told to us daily. Words reinforcing sickness saying you can this and watch out for this. You may be the one in three.
They warn of side effects from their drugs because they are foreign to the body. Dr. Joe Dispenza said in one of his books that the words should not be side effects instead let’s call them what they are, “direct effects.” Another thing he talks about that has helped me is whatever you believe and get programmed with through things like commercials your autonomic nervous system hears and responds accordingly.
Yes, your body is always listening and when you are convinced you are going to get some illness the autonomic nervous system is listening and says I will get right on that. Think of yourself as the great leader and your body the slave. Although many have this reversed. This video is an example of how your body listens to you.
Be careful what you tell yourself like when you see someone with a cold and decide you are going to get it or you find a bump on your skin and immediately stress and fear it is cancer. The best thing is to relax whatever comes is going to come, so relax so you can heal. Do not add fuel to the fire.
an example of how the subconscious is always listening to you.
Getting sick all changed for me with the balancing of my energies and releasing the past by moving the energy up my spine through the chakras. You can facilitate this through breathing also. I will share that with you shortly.
Meditation is important because when you quiet your mind and connect with the great Void you enter there and all is perfect allowing healing much like sleep through the subconscious.
We recently started to do deep breathing before our meditations.
We have incorporated breathing before meditating now. We are using part of the Iceman’s technique and Dr. Joe Dispenza has a breathing technique we use. You can order Dr. Joe Dipenza's meditations on his website.
I am only introducing the Iceman's technique here.
This is what the deep breathing can do for you, which has been measured in clinical tests.
Oxygenate your body
Increase hormones that relax you and kill bacteria
Decrease inflammation in the body
For those of you interested in checking this out here is a link to a video that shows the Iceman’s breathing. He also has a 10-week course which I have not taken.
This video explains who the Ice Man is and medical results with this breathing.

I agreed with the deep breathing, I also read that all this while human breathing is too shallow that we should take frequent deep breathe to carry more oxygen to to our body, brain and cells.

True that. Deep breathing specially done early morning in parks while plants are high with oxygen does wonder.

We must really stop thinking about the disease as an enemy, and start thinking that instead of a messenger the air and psychological comfort help
