At 3 am scary

In the Hollywood movies, at 3 am today is the right time for the expulsion of evil spirits. Because at the time of the clock, evil spirits and demons, were in the most powerful phase. 3am too often identified with the devil winder. There is another belief, too, especially Christians, if at 3 am is a mockery to the death of their Lord. Because all paraded to western civilization, so the third hour is always identified with a frightening phenomenon. Many reported strange things happen between the hours of 03:00 to 04:00. People have reported feeling a strange sensation in the body or a strange experience. Some have found an open door, while others have felt the presence of someone when you're alone.However, It should be noted that, at 3 am is the hour when you are at the deepest level of sleep. It is psychologically called REM (Rapid Eye Movement) stage of sleep. This is the stage when we dream. People who have a habit of staying up until the end of the hour, actually robs the body needs to sleep. But your body will automatically give up, and sleep. This could explain, how we leave the window open, or walk to the bathroom. At that time, the brain begins to process a somewhat different environment. This can cause a sensation in the body. Sometimes, during the deepest sleep stage, people experience what is known as 'Hag Phenomenon' or Sleep Paralysis. Body shut down certain motor signals during REM sleep stage, to prevent us from moving in and out of a dream. However, the brain sometimes as we move through the stages of sleep and back to light sleep phase, there is a momentary pause in which our minds are realized. At this stage, the body can feel some sensation such as the inability to move the arms or legs, inability to speak, pressure in the chest, terror or panic reaction, auditory or visual hallucinations and feelings. Obviously, this sensation can be mixed with all beliefs, superstitions and stories that make us believe that we are possessed by demons or spirits. This is the first folklore provide an explanation for these sensations. So, it is the power of our mind that creates demons and evil spirits, nothing else.
