Moth, the little wanderer resembles the F-16

in science •  8 years ago  (edited)

Hallo steemians, have you ever seen an F-16 fighter, I think you've all seen it, fighter is often used by soldiers around the world, for the security of a country by air.

But in this post I'm not discussing military equipment in a country. But I want to discuss a moth whose body resembles a military plane. This is just a coincidence, I believe it.

Moth is a close affinity to butterflies, according to a Wikipedia source I quoted as saying that moths are animals belonging to the Order of Lepidoptera. The difference between a butterfly and a moth is more than a taxonomy. Sometimes the names "Rhopalocera" (butterfly) and "Heterocera" (moths) are used to formalize their differences.

Much effort has been made to divide the order of Lepidoptera into groups such as Microlepidoptera and Macrolepidoptera, Fenatae and Jugatau, or Monotrysia and Ditrysia. The failure of this name to remain in the modem classification because none of the classification represents a pair of monophyletic groups. In fact, butterflies are a small group that emerges from "moths".

That's roughly the explanation that I quote a bit from Wikipedia, below I also share with you some pictures that I catch this morning. Hopefully the tone of enjoying this catch of my photograph.
