Time is essentially the god we all refer to.
Time is the creator of all things and was there at the beginning and will be there at the end, or choose to never end. It is the creator and destroyer of all things mortal, and immortal.
Without mortality we could notexperience the effects of time. Only mortals can truly understand the concept of time and so we were created to observe the most magnificent concept of time.
Without consciousness we could not observe time. We are aware of our mortality, through self awareness we are able to understand the idea of the past and the present. The connection between our beginning, present and our end while never understanding the first beginning or knowing if/ when/ what would come in the end.
If a god is defined by nothing more than Omnipotence, then by definition Time is the ultimate. When something is truly forever and immortal it is no longer a living concept but turned into an object of our imagination. Although time is very real and witness-able it has not any characteristics in our likeness. Because of this we do not consider it a person/ place/ or thing.
When you stop to consider that the measurement of time may only be a single characteristic in a much more complex thing which we define as time. Time could very well not be an individual characteristic but a tangibly tied to something. If time is a bi product of something (Say the universe for example), then this thing is the creator of all things as we know them.
