Life's scientific meaning

in science •  7 years ago  (edited)

There is evidence that life’s meaning probably occurs on the horizon of optimization (Jeremy England “Dissipative Adaptation”…).

As such, artificial, cognitive machines are non-trivial optimizers.

Life’s meaning then, perhaps warrants the construction of artificial general intelligence.

Thus, in my recent scientific work, ‘thought curvature’, I am attempting to build the basis for some super artificial intelligence, using modern machine learning paradigms, and my understanding/hints from quantum mechanics.
