Kernel Crushing Plant : Produce Crude Palm Kernel Oil (CPKO) of High Quality

Hi steemian friend. On this occasion I will explain how to produce palm kernel oil from its Kernel. I got this knowledge when I did an Industry Internship at one of the leading palm oil factories in Asahan.
Let me explain the steps of kernel processing to oil. The trick as follows:

Hai sahabat steemian. Pada kesempatan kali ini saya akan menjelaskan cara menghasilkan minyak inti kelapa sawit dari Kernelnya. Saya mendapat ilmu ini saat saya melakukan Magang Industri di salah satu pabrik kelapa sawit ternama di Asahan.
Baiklah saya akan menjelaskan tahap-tahap pengolahan kernel menjadi minyak. Caranya sebagai berikut :

1.Preparation materials / Persiapan bahan baku
Crude Palm Kernel Oil (CPKO) is derived from palm kernel. The kernel is obtained from the factory itself and the nearest branch factory.

Minyak Inti Kelapa sawit (CPKO) diperoleh dari inti sawit. Kernel didapatkan dari pabrik sendiri dan pabrik cabang terdekat

2.Pressan 1 dan 2
Kernel to be processed, previously housed first in the hopper kernel. kernel is brought to the first pressan to press the kernel and produce the oil which is then brought to the tank sediment to precipitate the solid that is still contained in the oil. The waste is brought to the second Pressan to produce the remaining oil still contained in the dregs, the oil of this meal is fed to the tank sedimenthe kernel to be processed, previously housed first in the hopper kernel. then the kernel is brought to the first pressan to press the kernel and produce the oil which is then brought to the tank sediment to precipitate the solid that is still contained in the oil. The waste is brought to the second Pressan to produce the remaining oil still contained in the dregs, the oil of this meal is fed to the tank sediment

Kernel yang akan diolah, sebelumnya ditampung terlebih dahulu di kernel hopper. selanjutnya kernel di bawa ke pressan pertama untuk mengepress kernel dan menghasilkan minyak yang selanjutnya di bawa ke sedimen tank untuk mengendapkan padatan yang masih terkandung di dalam minyak. Ampas dibawa ke Pressan kedua untuk menghasilkan sisa minyak yang masih terkandung di ampas, minyak meal ini dialirkan ke sedimen tank.

3.Sedimen Tank / Tangki pengendapan
Oil produced from the first and second pressan is then streamed into the tank sediment to be precipitated in the form of solids and sludges.

Minyak yang dihasilkan dari pressan pertama dan kedua selanjutnya di alirkan ke sedimen tank untuk di endapkan padatan berupa ampas dan lumpur.

4.Leaf filter
Leaf filters are used to filter residual pulp and reduce water content in oil.

Leaf filter digunakan untuk menyaring sisa ampas dan mengurangi kadar air pada minyak.

5.Bulk storage tank / Tangki penimbunan minyak
Storage tank is an oil shelter before it is shipped to a central plant.

Storage tank merupakan tempat penampungan minyak sebelum dilakukan pengiriman ke pabrik pusat.
