They BRAINWASHED YOU with the Globe when you were just a little kid!

We were taught from a young age earth is a spinning ball with water sticking to it. The globe in almost every classroom from 3 rd grade PROVED IT! Our minds were literally brainwashed at a young age. Anyway, when someone, anyone thinks of disproving this belief we live on a spinning a ball, they have to contend with decades of brainwashing. What happens is when you show convincing PROOF that the earth is NOT a spinning ball, the person who believes the earth is a ball hears it and sees it and understands and internally agrees with the evidence but that person just cannot reconcile the evidence with their current belief, which is so ingrained that they are just unable to let go. That is Cognitive Dissonance!
