And we all thought yesterday was hot? (Look after children and the elderly)

I did a post yesterday about just how hot it had been, with the temp hitting 32 degrees, its been unbearable.
Today has managed to top that though with it hitting 34 degrees.
This is so unusual for England and really hope it starts to cool down soon.
Dont forget with weather like this the young and the old are at risk, so make sure children are totally covered in lotion, have loose fitting clothing and are wearing sun hats.
If you have an elderly family member or neighbour, please do check on them and make sure they are ok in this heat. That they are drinking plenty, maybe even take a lolly or ice cream around. I am sure it will be appreciated.
