OPCW to make public at 2 pm results on Scripal probe

Briatin has received the results of the OPCW - the Organziation for the prohibition of Chenical Weapons - test on the substance used for poisoning the Scripals. It has asked the OPCW to share the findings with all member states, Russia notably.
Anyone surprised that Moscow wanted to divert attention and pre-empt independent investigation?
Appeasement of Russia is no longer possible. Bulgaria's government to continue waiting for 'sufficient' evidence.
