Almost done with witness rewrite -> read for what is to come

Okay guys so Since my last post, I have been going through everything, What i decided on doing was splitting the two programs up... Instead of everyone on one cycle its going to be one program running for witness, and one for paid votes.

First to come out will be witness.

This should be done sometime today or tomorrow the latest.

One issue with the witness from a voting perspective, is that sometimes so many votes go out at once, that it's hard to recoup more power then we use... This isn't a huge issue just an error in the way that the votes go out... Instead I will be implementing a queue system for the witness votes, similar to the paid votes.

Small votes (5 - 10 percent ) can be regenerated very quickly, so this will allow us to spread the votes out through the day, rather then send out 50 votes at one point and then spend the rest of the day trying to recover. Now we can recover as we are voting, allowing us to take advantage of slower times in the day when less people make posts etc.

Another benefit to this is that you will be able to maximize that upvote when it does go out...

Say the time it takes for the vote to go through the queue, we send out another round of witness rewards... Now that post you have queued will see that added % rather then starting over (you still start over once the vote goes out, but at least this little extra amount will be seen in the present rather then at a later date.)

On top of this we will be adding the KENO feature that I was talking about... I really think thats going to be a huge hit with you guys, It will basically just be a way for you all to get some extra votes / add an extra level of engagement other then just making posts / getting upvotes...

I Really think we have something good going here guys... Im not sure why people chose to unvote our witness after they have initially voted. The only logical reason behind it is either some type of envy that they dont want to support other things, or they are being paid to not vote for the new up and coming witness, because tbh, if you look at the rewards we give out... compared to any accounts other rewards... its like a 50 x difference... if you want 0.001 steem or 0.05 steem in the same time... its an easy choice to make...

Lets get this beast to the top of the list guys.. This whole operation is still a negative game, we are not yet profitable so Lets push it to the point where it doesnt lose money to run atleast !!!
