Not really sure on this one, it is a 'privacy' conscious engine but the question is what is it using on the back end.
If it is like duck duck go which aggregates searches then those searches are still going to another engine and being stored. If you search enough about local things eventually it can be worked out personal information.
Tried contacting by email no response.
Not enough is known about them to make me actually trust them with any search.
It also has another aspect of giving to charity on things you buy. I don't understand that either, unless it has a partnership with that site it won't work.
