This is my entry for the Secrets of Organ Playing Contest Week 62.
I'm playing Dieterich Buxtehude's Prelude, Fugue and Chaconne in C, BuxWV 137. This piece begins with an extended pedal solo followed by some majestic chords. I really enjoy playing this piece! In typical Buxtehude style, the composition is very segmented—you'll notice that the ideas change quite frequently but are very engaging to the listener.

This was recorded on the Armley Schulze organ of St. Bartholomew, Leeds (UK) using the Hauptwerk VPO software.
Virtuosically played on a totally 'wrong' organ :-).

I understand you like this sample set, it is still on my wishlist. Especially the power full reeds and some very nice string stops. It'll have to wait for a later time though. I am far too busy with the sample sets I already have.

The Great Mixture is huge! I discovered this organ through watching Daniel Moult’s DVD series on the English organ. I fell in love with this set. Surprisingly, there are no 2’ stops.
