Security during GE expanded in UK after terror attacks in Manchester & London

There was a tightened security during voting and ballot counting throughout UK with two armed policemen seen patrolling and standing guard in Sunderland counting station on Thursday evening. United Kingdom had 3 attacks in as many months prior to the general elections. The UK threat level stands at severe, the second-highest, meaning an attack is seen as ‘highly likely’.
