Quick Segwit2X update

Quick Segwit2X update:

I just heard the code for Segwit2X is going to be released tomorrow for review.

This is the Barry Silbert solution proposed as Consesus 2017 in NY.

The peer review process will be interesting and I am hoping, for the sake of Bitcoin that it will be great code.

I checked the network nodes yesterday and there was approx 80-83 percent support for it.

I do not want a hard fork!
