Segwit is going to a be a interesting development in the upcoming year. Until now, BTC 'classic' was a relatively safe currency that held it's value very well.

But in 2018 we will see new challengers like segwit trying to take win over the communty.

Suddenly the same old BTC is not as obvious as it once was.
