Some days are so easy to stay positive and encouraging and supportive and motivated to do more to do better to be better ,other days it's all you can do to get out of bed but whatever the case is celebrate it because you woke up and you are worthy and you are amazing and you are valid don't let your demons or the opinions of others who haven't lived your struggles destroy your self-worth . Trying to maintain my duties as a stay at home wife and my duty to my children to teach them right from wrong and incorporate self care and home schooling practices and build on our funification brand is something I struggle with,Today is no different ,today we built on the following thoughts and elements,setting and maintaining a positive attitude,holding ourselves and others accountable for their thoughts feelings and sctions,increased our mental health,keeping our anxiety,stress and depression to a minimum.learned how to clean up and prioritize our time,through nourishing our body and mind and spirit.improved our cognitive function,reduced the risk of cancer and obesity by getting outside despite our inner demons and being active ,promoted math,science ,fine and gross motor skills and problem solving skills as well as our hand eye coordination ,learning to use our vocabulary and speech in a positive way to uplift and empower those around us, use our imagination and story telling skills to promote positive communication,confidence,and patience and self expression through cause and affect reward systems that are set in place to learn and appreciate art,culture and diversity.
