Restricted & Unrestricted Internet - Freedom World and to give us the opportunity to relate with them in terms of what we think it ought to be the best solution even though we are restricted from internet connection in our country, state or town. I was privilege to see this some days back but I took my time to study it over and over again to bring out my own observations in my locality here in Ilorin, Kwara state. Nigeria as A case study for this Topic Contest.
This Topic Contest happen to be one of the most important thing or part that has been the reining and affecting people's lives by on daily basis. Since I was born I learnt that internet connection along side with good server works hand in hand which gives the best way to interact with other people freely and also with family and friends all over the globe. But you can also think of this in this dimension when you are restricted from internet connection for hours, days, weeks or months. This has happened to me several times before when I was supposed to be on the safe side on the internet to secure an Admission the first time ever when I took my University Main choice some years ago but due to the lost of Internet connection I could not secure the admission process in time , that was how the University Portal was shut down for weeks and it was over totally.
When you are out of interest Connection as a person there are so many things that follows, as an individual who always work online not to the fraudulent activity but to be honest with you , Secure a community platform just like the Steemit community when you are willingly to give what you have to others to learn from your articles , your videos and yet you have this on your System for days .
When you are ready to go for a great Presentation on Steemit and you end up with this awful saying on your mobile phone, desktop or laptop. It is very fraustrating because so many activities needed to be carry on with smooth and easy internet access.
There are several things people buy to make internet Connection access to be successful here in Nigeria which is called Mobile Data . Yes , sometimes or let me say often times when you use your hard earn money to purchase this mobile data to surf the internet you still end up with unauthorized charges which brings closeness between buyers and Netowrk servers.
NETWORK SERVERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR INTERNET RESTRICTIONS
Here in my country we have so many network provider for the support, update and providing us with a smooth transition and transfer of network connection to people to what is called _ A Mast_ .
A Mast is a long metallic structure made and erected with a concrete all round and in it we have a standby generator to power the Mast even though there is no electricity supply at a particular time of the day. The work of the Mast is to serve as a powerful Link between the Network provider, the server itself and the people who uses the Network. For instance we have MTN Network Provider we have different Mast for this Network. We also have Glo Network Provider with different Mast. We have Airtel Network Provider with different Mast. What really happen is this, the mast are the same in nature but they have different Network Provider they work for.
Despite I use the fastest Network Provider here in my Town I face alot of Powerful challenges which I believe it is called Internet Restriction. Most times more issues arises when we have a huge rainfall for hours. I tell you, we are mostly likely to be in Poor Internet Connection for days . Then you have something like this when it persist.
Most times we are tricked by the mobile Data tariff plan of those different Network Provider. When you load different types of Card to recharge your line , you see alot of instant messages pop up on your phone just to entice you more but when rain is about to fall , you are faced with so many problem regarding to the Internet. Not just that but the whole Network service with go off with Edge, or the 3G network connection or sometimes if you have 4G mobile phone compatible. It will not work for days .
In Nigeria, we are faced with this bad internet restriction which I believe is a sign of under civilized state of mind to act as a well best way to reach out to others through the internet but sometimes it is not what you think. The restriction keep you unsafe with your audience along the line, I have been in this shoe so many times I tried to reach out to my audience on Steemit platform that was when we had a heavy rainfall for hours. I must confess to you guys I spent couple of days without checking my mobile data because it went off totally for more than 3 days . I was forced to switched to other available network provider around me. The stress I went through was not a joke at all. But afterwards I had to load more than required data to surf the internet, most especially to talk to my Steemit audience. It worked for few minutes and went off in Yellow Colour even with the 4G Mobile Wi-Fi router.
When you have the Yellow Colour Poping up it is a sign to show that you have a poor internet connection. This can actually Persist for days and you will be restricted from Internet Connection. In some other Countries which they have some related issues across Africa, and other continent it has been long since this kind of internet Restriction had occur but I know with time this issue will be resolved.
The Bottom line And My Conclusion
I will say internet Restriction has never give birth to any good thing in life despite we have more people coming into the use of Internet every day, every second. People go into Mobile Phone outlet to register New Network Provider yet we still have bad experience and Mood about internet Connection.
These are some of Internet Restricted Signs when you are fraustrated changing Network Provider from One Sim to another.
