Introduction

Every technological organization worldwide must be oriented to contribute to the development of countries respecting jurisprudence, regulatory processes and national laws.

The Internet is a valuable tool in the modern world where virtually everything is automated. Banking institutions, institutions, international funds, stock exchanges, carry out their work connected to the Web 24/7, while being monitored by the state to monitor their functions.

This is intended to prevent financial illicit, embezzlement or fraud. Which represents something positive for the proper functioning of the state and thus guarantee user safety.

Throughout history there have always been scourges difficult to control. Terrorism and drug trafficking attempt to launder their capital using the Internet as a means of insertion in organizations.

These aspects outlined above highlight the reason why it is necessary to exercise certain restrictions on the use of the Network, however the vast majority of the world's population prefers to have free and unlimited access to the Web.

The problem

Decentralization has allowed us to negotiate with cryptocurrencies over the past 10 years. Buying and selling bitcoin is common in Blockchain. In some countries such as China, mining is prohibited, since this process demands incredible energy consumption, it has also allowed the illicit enrichment of many because there is no due financial control. This has caused a domino effect in several nations of the world where the state tries to locate the massive mining done with clandestine bitcoin machines.

Some countries in South America, including Colombia, Chile, Peru, Argentina and my home country Venezuela are affected by this regulatory process, which does not have enough information about the direction it can take in terms of Internet use , as well as the reliability of the results that can be obtained.

FATF

There is an international organization that currently operates in some Latin American countries.

"This is FATF (International Financial Action Task Force); whose function is to establish control policies that help fight money laundering and terrorist financing, according to the legislation of each country."

In Venezuela certain actions are carried out through the Superintendence of cryptocurrency and related activities, in order to guarantee the correct establishment of cryptocurrency in this country, in its early adoption of blockchain technology.

FATF is an intergovernmental institution supported by the European Union with more than 36 member countries and its objectives apply to the fields:

Economy, finance, commerce, tourism, as well as technical progress in industry, the establishment of scientific research centers and private sector cooperation.

(Information consulted in: wikipedia.org/FATF)

"In this way we can realize that the restrictions of the Internet is not an empirical process that seeks to limit the freedom of the user and their access to technology, but is an aspect that seeks to protect the social, economic and financial system of each country."

Current Reality

Let us keep in mind that encryption is a software, a complex computer technology with multiple advantages which is strengthened every day as the economic model of the future.

It can be accessed via the Internet from anywhere in the world with the use of smart equipment, computers or any other means that allows it, for example the Internet of Things (IoT). Some branches of science such as medicine, the automotive industry, artificial intelligence, would not be possible if it were not for access to the Internet and its derivations.

In Venezuela, there are currently failures in electrical infrastructure, telephony and other associated public services. This means that the performance of the Web is low, interrupted and sometimes null, since it adds the crime of sabotage and boycott of the facilities that make up the network distribution and supply of the service.

With these two points developed in this publication:

Cryptocurrency regulations in Venezuela and Internet service quality in that country.

I have tried to share my impressions on the theme of the contest "Upmewhale writing contest! Restricted & Unrestricted Internet - Freedom World".

Conclusions:

"To try to end the auditable system of the cryptocurrency would be to suffocate the blockchain and decentralization, therefore we hope that the interposition of regulatory laws in Venezuela, can be carried out in accordance with the reality of the millions of users and companies that today invest digital values in search of an economic improvement."

-:-

"The improvement of the Internet service in our country Venezuela, will occur when awareness of the investment to be made on the country's electrical infrastructure and telephone platform is made. Recall that it is an advanced computer technology which is constantly growing, therefore, you must constantly invest in it, so as not to go to an obsolete degree."

Hi.

Good article.

As for the restrictions, I still remember the problem of blocking social networks and news web portals by the national government, from time to time or when there are protests.

In short, Venezuela is repeatedly indicated as an example of loss of freedoms and decreased quality of life. That's sad.

Tienes razón!
completamente de acuerdo con usted...
